Victoria is a ‘veteran’ CELTA qualified teacher of 20+ years who has taught all over the world – Africa, South America, Europe and Asia- to all levels and age groups. She has taught General, Business and Conversational English to groups and 1-on-1.
Victoria has a lot of experience teaching younger learners, as a former Curriculum Developer and Director of Studies at a children’s English school, she knows how important it is to engage children at all times and cater to all different kinds of learners, incorporating movement, art, music, visual aids and mental challenges.
Victoria specialises in Pronunciation and really enjoys helping all ages achieve their goals in that area with fun activities to master the British English accent!
Other specialities include presentations, Course Development, Reading courses, Business English, examining KET/PET Cambridge Speaking exams, and Art and Culture classes.
Her main priority in every class is finding out what each student needs and wants from their English course, and providing that with as much fun and laughter as possible! Motivated and engaged students are the best English learners.
